Dermaheal Skin Brightening Mesotherapy works to reduce and prevent hyper pigmentation and fight aged spots. The formula contains encapsulated Arbutin and Licorice extract, which acts by aggressively blocking the conversion of L-DOPA to eumelanin and phaeomelanin by inhibiting the enzyme tyrosinase.
